Creation of links to our content The following organizations may create links to our Site without the need for prior written approval:
Government agencies; Search engines; Media organizations; Online directory distributors can link to our Site in the same manner they hyperlink to other business websites; and Accredited businesses, except for nonprofit fundraising organizations and charity fundraising groups, which may not link to our Site without prior approval. These organizations may post links to our homepage, our publications, or other information on the Site, as long as the link: (a) is not in any way misleading; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of our products and/or services; and (c) is appropriate within the context in which it is being inserted.
We may consider and approve link requests made by the following types of organizations:
well-known consumer sources of products and services; community sites point.com; charity institutions and other groups representing charitable institutions; online directory distributors; internet portals; accounting, law, and consulting firms; and educational institutions and class associations. We will approve link requests from the types of organizations listed above if we determine that: (a) the link is not unfavorable to our image and/or to the image of accredited companies; (b) the requesting organization has no negative history with us; (c) the benefit we gain from the visibility of the link outweighs the absence of HomeFit Digital; and (d) the link will be inserted in a general informative context.
